Gospel Sports Wear values the information and privacy of each of our customers. We recognize your right to confidentiality and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or give information about our customers to any third party vendors.

In addition, when you order on our site we ask you to confirm certain information and, if payment is by credit card, we ask for your credit card number and its expiration date. This information is requested to verify your identity and is transmitted via a secure encrypted server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard (see Security section below).
 

We may use your personal information to contact you for account and order status purposes. Certain standard information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is passed to credit card and financial institutions in the course of processing payments for orders, and becomes subject to their use. We use credit card processing agencies to bill users for services. These are reputable companies who use information we pass to them to provide financial services in the normal course of business. We store your credit card number in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access to this information. We only store your encrypted credit card number for a period of six months after payment.
 

We do not retain credit card information for use on your next transaction. That way, we are able to purge this sensitive information from our database in a timely manner and thus ensure your personal information remains confidential.
 

Gospel Sports Wear will not use email addresses for purposes other than providing service to; services such as order tracking, order status, and, on occasion, notice of site specials or new product promotions. Specifically, we do not share nor sell email addresses to anyone, for any reason. Other information given to us for the purpose of shipping your ordering is not shared with anyone other than the shipper, such as UPPS.

Your other personal information is never sold, rented, leased, traded, swapped, marketed, exchanged, bartered, distributed, or disclosed in any way other than as described in this Privacy Policy.

Security

Gospel Sports Wear uses industry-standard SSL authentication to guarantee the confidentiality and privacy of online transactions through its site. SSL authentication and 128-bit encryption (scrambling) ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe from third-party interception. As mentioned, we also store your credit card number in our database in an encrypted format to further protect this information from unauthorized access.

 Exceptions

Nothing in this Privacy Policy or the User Agreement may be construed as stopping or inhibiting Gospel Sports Wear cooperation with law enforcement or investigative agencies or court orders. Furthermore, nothing in this Privacy Policy shall restrain Gospel Sports Wear from investigating and prosecuting any users of its site who attempt to defraud or damage the company, or who violate the user agreement. Therefore, Gospel Sports Wear may share otherwise protected data with law enforcement or investigative agencies, or as directed by court order.

While Gospel Sports Wear agrees to maintain certain security measures to protect User information, Gospel Sports Wear is not responsible for release of User information caused by hacking or other User's tampering with the Gospel Sports Wear web site. Users assume the risk that any information submitted, however secure; it may be illegally misappropriated by others. Gospel Sports Wear agrees to fully cooperate with law enforcement to protect and retrieve any information that may be illegally misappropriated by others.
